vegan cappucino made with Barista oatmilk

For my mid-morning cup of tea, I found the ideal solution to having a creamy frothy cup of hot caramel tea – I have mixed in Barista Oatmilk by Oatly – be warned it is much more expensive than the ordinary Oatly milk; but if you froth it up with a manual frother (as I do:) –  it tastes just delicious!

This is what I have eaten today as day 15 of being a vegan-

Breakfast:

Mid – morning snack:

  • 2 peaches
  • Slice of wholewheat toast with Flora spread and almond spread (from Lidl)
  • Cup of redbush caramel tea with Barista Oatly milk

Lunch:

  • Salad of lettuce, rocket, baby tomatoes, mixed seeds, malt vinegar and olive oil
  • Hummus spread on slice rye toasted bread with Flora spread
  • 1 peach
  • 1 Alpro cherry yoghurt

Mid afternoon snack:

  • Green smoothie with soya milk, banana and frozen spinach and kale – delicious
  • Bowl of almonds and small box raisins
  • Bowl of Tesco salted popcorn

Dinner:

  • Veggie mince made into a chili with tomato tin, black beans, chili sauce, chopped red pepper
  • Basmati rice
  • Sugar snap peas
  • 1 satsuma
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • 1 passion fruit
  • M & S 100% dark chocolate – 1 square – a very acquired taste as dry and bitter
  • Cup mint tea while watching Ghosts on TV:)
