My first day of eating as a vegan…..and I loved it!

Breakfast:

Mid – morning snack:

Lunch:

  • Huge salad of lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, baby tomatoes, wholewheat pasta, malt vinegar and olive oil
  • 1 sliced carrot with Lidl hummus (Ruff ate the ends of the carrot and the peelings!)
  • 1 1/2 low gi brown roll from Lidl with Flora dairy free spread
  • Small glass almond bio cultures drink (wasn’t very tasty and is expensive – found it at Sainsbury)

Mid-afternoon:

Dinner:
