Canela is a Podenco rescue from Spain who is adored by her fully plant-based Mum wanting to feed Canela a diet that fitted with her ethics and health standards. She contacted us to ask when Hownd tinned food would be back in stock as Canela (which means cinnamon in Spanish), just loves the Hearty Quinoa tinned food mixed with Solo Vegetal dry food.
Canela, we are SO excited that not only is Hownd Hearty Quinoa and Pumpkin Casserole back in stock and for sale in our Just be Kind shop, but their recipe is improved and enhanced – wow!!
They now use red quinoa for even more nutrients for your dog so it appears darker in colour with an even more palatable taste. It is being made in the UK now too and we are just SO pleased to be supporting such an ethical independent business:)
