Quinoa 'cheese' puffs from Morrisons

Today’s Small Memories

Is it hard being a vegan as today I start my 6th week of eating only vegan food? I have found it far easier than I ever imagined and in a way, I do wish I had done it a long time ago!

I started a veterinary nutrition online course today given by one of the top veterinary nutritionists and I joined a very friendly vegan dog Facebook group. Can’t wait to learn as much as I can about what a dog needs to be healthy so that I can get the vegan dog food diet just right.

I am finding it all just fascinating!

This is what I have eaten today –
